Our Fundraising

The activities that Pink Ladies participate in are quite varied and diverse and the funds raised go straight back into the Community through a variety of projects. There is something for everyone to get involved in. New members are always welcome and encouraged to become part of the organisation to ensure that these projects continue to flourish and get much needed funds and support.

Pink Ladies Christmas Bazaar

Our major fundraising event, the Christmas Bazaar, has been the event that traditionally opens the holiday season in the community and features refreshments, market stalls, Christmas crafts, plant sales, entertainment and children’s activities.

Funds raised by the PLVC benefit community projects such as the National Council of Volunteer Organisations (NCVO), the Pines Retirement Home, the Lighthouse School, the Special Olympics and more.

Pink Ladies Fashion Show

In March 2019 Pink Ladies celebrated International Women’s Day with a fab charity fashion show and fundraiser show featuring the closets of Cayman women.

Held at a beautiful sea front home in West Bay the show saw real women of all ages, shapes, and sizes take to the catwalk to raise money for good causes.

The Fashion Show is now held at the Marriott Hotel and the next event will be Saturday 9th March 2024. More information will be available soon. Please contact us to volunteer at this event.

Pink Ladies Craft Group

The Craft Group meets on a Tuesday morning at the Dart Park in South Sound. Only basic sewing skills and plenty of creative ideas are required to join and the group has tremendous fun producing items for sale at the Christmas Bazaar and other Art and Craft events during the year.
